We’ll Cover the Cost
just don’t go anywhere
Over ten years ago we happily announced to our family that we had just bought tickets to Mexico and we would be back as soon as the winter was coming to an end. Their first reaction? There was no excitement. However, an important question was asked, along with an offer: “But why? Is it possible to return the tickets? If it is not possible, we will cover the cost. Just don’t go there. ” We did go. And with subsequent trips, their attempts to deter us from traveling began to decrease and the number of our trips increased.
In May 2022 we published the Polish version of the book “We will cover the cost” in which we share our (very subjective) impressions and stories from our trips to India, Nepal, China and Vietnam.
Now we present to you the English translation of the book describing our trip to China which was the most exhausting both mentally and physically of all our trips. In reality, visiting the PRC may look completely different from what you will be shown in travel agencies and in guidebooks.

A linguist with a background in education. On my journey of life I turned into an avid traveler, photographer, writer and a vegan blogger. I spent almost two years traveling solo, mostly in the Americas. I have visited sixty countries and curiosity is always my driving force.
